I'm one of those people who doesn't like to be photographed in the same outfit twice...to some this may seem ridiculous, but to me it's a way to challenge creativity! Now, I'm not saying throw out that dress you wore last week but what I am saying is too try remixing your favorite outfits! By changing an accessory, adding a layer, or thinking about a clothing item differently you will maximize your wardrobe. 

Try wearing your maxi skirt as a dress and adding a belt to accentuate your waist!  

I am currently obsessing over these feminine blouses! You can wear them with virtually anything and designers are making them in an array of colors, prints, and materials! I love that they are lightweight, which means they can be worn during any season and that makes them the perfect item to add to any closet. There's something about these versatile, retro, girly tops, that just makes me giddy!! AND yes... I do get excited about clothes (very easily and often)!    When I'm out and about shopping I tend to keep a couple of things in mind. First and foremost, I consider the price of where I'm shopping because that usually helps me determine "what" kind of shopping I'll be doing.The second thing I think about is what is it that I am I shopping for? Once I know where I'm shopping and what I'm shopping for I set a mental budget. 
   If I'm not out looking for a specific item then I'm keeping my eyes open for great deals on items I like to call "closet items". Closet items are those items in your closet that are multi-purpose and can be worn (typically) all year long. The things that you should fill your closet with are layering pieces, such as cami's (thin tank tops), casual tee's, cardigans, blazers, tights, and jeans. Personally, I believe you can never have enough options and a closet full of the above items will have endless options when paired with the proper accessorizing! Knowing that I have a closet full of these items I am able to then shop for everything else... and we all know it's the "other stuff" (fun, odd, or trendy clothing/ accessories) that's the best to go shopping for!
