Current OBSESSION: Dear Creatures
I absolutely love clothes that speak for themselves and these creations tell a story to anyone who is willing to listen! Dear Creatures isn’t found at any large chain stores but their whimsical pieces can be found online @ Dear Creatures
Dear Creatures offers seasonal collections that spin sentimental tales of whimsy. With an understanding of decades past, Dear Creatures interprets each season with an eye for visual optimism. Dear Creatures looks to the future of fashion, with a nod to the past.
A lot of designers (new and old) don’t cater to plus size women and fortunately for us, Dear Creatures has a few plus size styles for sale HERE
They don’t offer the entirety of their collection in plus sizes and I often find it difficult to drop money on designer duds… so what is a gal to do??? GO THRIFTING! The best thing for a fashionista to do on a budget is to recreate designer looks with less expensive thrifting finds!
When recreating this look, keep your eyes open for feminine tops that tie, military coats/capes, and all things cargo! I would suggest changing out the buttons for a timely look and to add feminine/fashionable appeal try to turn those cargo pants into scallop shorts…
