I still adore my polka-dots and paisley prints but I always love trying new trends and this print has be spotted everywhere. The chevron print is super fun and comes in a wide variety of colors and sizes! It's always best to ease into prints by starting with accessories!

Who What Wear
Baseball caps in all shapes and sizes made a surprising appearance on the runway this year. I think we can all agree that it's a refreshing alternative to the sun hat and fedora, which have dominated the "hat-game" for quite some time.

In this case, the cute and sporty hat isn't meant to be fitted to the head, so use a men’s baseball cap and straighten out the brim, so it’s somewhat flat. I would try to kept the rest of the outfit ultra fitted, neutral, and chic or you could try to off set the sportiness of the hat by rocking a simple, feminine outfit.

Shown in almost every look at both Givenchy and Balenciaga, this woven sun visor has been seen popping up in all of the Resort collections. The woven sun visor can be a chic alternative to the traditional summer fedora and a wide array of classic straw versions are available online now.

Even if you can't afford it, you can still dress like you're vacationing this summer by adding a few exotic pieces to your wardrobe!
The bright colors and floral patterns make tropical dressing right on trend this season, and who doesn't want to feel like they're vacationing in Maui?

Bold stripes are an awesome and fashionable way to incorporate color into your wardrobe!

*Plus Size Tip: Wear horizontal stripes or stripes that alternate sizes to avoid any unflattering lines! You can also break up the stripes by layering with a solid colored cardigan, vest, or blazer!

You're probably wondering how on earth you can pull off orange lipstick?!

The best news is that orange flatters almost any skin tone, so you don’t have to worry about finding “the perfect shade”. To find the 'right' color for you... simply go to the store and put the shades up to your face. If the color washes you out... it's not for you; if it highlights your face ---> then that's the one I'd purchase! My suggestion is that you buy a cheap shade of the lipstick, so you can try it out before investing in something more expensive (Wet n' Wild makes extremely affordable lipstick)! The second thing I would suggest, is to try on the color at home before you decide to wear it out! Confidence is key when walking out the door and if you put on something you're not used to, you won't be confident! Wear it around the house, get used to the color, and then take your orange lips out for a night on the town! xo- A Brunette

This season’s designers took a dive into the deep blue and came up with pearlized shell clutches at Chanel, coral embellishments at Alexander McQueen, and shark-tooth necklaces at Givenchy.

Designers used hummingbirds, swans, and pheasants in their bold creations this season—from abstract, graceful lines to three-dimensional birds perched on the chest and shoulders.

I don't really have the money to afford designer duds and if I could afford them, at this time in my life, I wouldn't be able to fit in them. With that being said... A girl can window shop!!
I love finding inspiration in everything and when it comes to clothes, I often look for inspiration on the runway, in the magazines, and on the streets! Recently, I viewed the Summer 2012 collection from Chloe and I'm obsessed with the feminine cuts, colors and materials that were used! Ahead of the fashion curve, Chloe's designs use color blocking, color panels, and sheer inserts to create beautiful silhouettes! Enjoy the eye candy and check out the full collection here
